13th July 2009 - Home Page Redesign Update released for consultation:

Thanks to everyone who has fed back on our redesign. All opinions given have been considered, and some of the suggestions have been included in an updated version. Other suggestions that have not been included may appear at a later date in our redesign process. Please see the updated design and list of updates below.

On viewing the new design (link below), please note that this is not a fully functioning website and has been released for demonstration purposes only. Certain features may not function exactly as expected - any bugs will be fixed before they are applied to the live website. Please feedback via the survey linked to below, taking this into account. Please also note that some links on this page take you to our current live website - these pages will be updated with the new design accordingly. Thank you.

Updates

• Left-hand side menu: font increased and colour changed to black for better contrast.
• Contact Us section: font increased.
• Header links (listen, accessibility, site map): font increased.
• "Focus On" section:
  • auto scroll added to inform on functionality.
  • Ability to turn off auto scroll added.
  • Note to "use arrows to scroll" added.
  • Background colour of scrolling section made lighter for contrast.
  • Scroller arrows changed for aesthetic purposes.
• My Postcode background colour changed for greater contrast.
