South Holland District Council as a local authority has certain duties placed upon it by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 - to prepare for, respond to and recover from major civil emergencies - and to promote resilience in the business sector by offering business continuity advice.
With the support of the Lincolnshire County Council Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Team we will offer support and advice around the Identified Risks to the communities of Lincolnshire.
South Holland District Council is also a member of the Lincolnshire Resilience Forum providing a joined up response with the emergency services.
